There are hundreds of training methods so, to make your life easier, I´ve curated the Top 24. Only the most effective, safe, and that you can do anywhere.

This is how:

  1. You can easily add a new workout by clicking the ¨+¨ button and selecting any of the 24 pre-built templates from the list.
  2. Then, select the desired exercises.
