Welcome to your AI Social Media Toolkit! This guide will walk you through how to use the template step-by-step, even if you're new to Notion or social media planning. By the end of this guide, you'll know how to create, organize, and track your social media strategy effortlessly.

Step 1: Get Started with the Template

• Open the template and take a moment to explore the structure.
• Key sections:
  • Target Audiences: Define Target Audiences for your products, services, or topics you want to post about.
  • Brainstorming: AI-generated post ideas.
  • Drafts: AI-generated drafts based on the brainstormed ideas.
  • Content Calendar: Review, manage, and schedule your posts. Track how well your posts perform.

Step 2: Set Up Target Audience

1. Navigate to the Target Audience section.

2. Create your first Target Audience by clicking the “New” button in the upper right corner.

3. Fill out the Basic Info:

   • Product/Service Description, Features, and Benefits. *Note: It also works with topics (check Productivity example).
   • The AI will define demographics, psychographics, etc for you.
   • Click on the “Next Step” button. This action will trigger automation.

   

Step 3: Get Ideas

1. The Brainstorm page for this Target Audience will open.

2. Here, you will get a list of topics related to your product/service/topic that will resonate with your target audience. You will also get a list of post ideas to promote your product and a third list with alternative (out-of-the-box) ideas.

3. These lists will provide 14-21 ideas.

   

4. Review the ideas. If you are unhappy with the suggested ideas, click on update and the AI will provide new ideas.

5. When you are happy with the suggested ideas, click the “Next Step” button. This triggers another automation.

Step 4: Generate Drafts with AI

1. You are now on the Drafts Page.

2. Pick the ideas you want to start with. You´ll find 7 sections to copy these ideas.

   

3. Select the platform you want to create drafts for.

4. Let the AI create the drafts for you.
