You can easily access your meetings, tasks, and RSVPs from the dashboard:

Pre-Meeting Preparation
Setting Up a Meeting
- Click on the "New" button.
- You will get a “New Meeting” page:

- Fill in the basic details.
- The toggle lists help you with all the important details for your meeting, from preparation to follow-ups. Feel free to modify them to fit your needs.
- Define the Agenda. List each agenda item with corresponding:
- Discussion points
- Responsible person
- Allocated time
- Use the pre-set agenda structure or customize it to fit your needs:
- Example: Add/remove sections like "Brainstorming" or "Decision-Making."
- Assign Pre-Meeting Tasks. ****Use the Pre-Meeting Checklist section to prepare:
- Review previous meeting minutes.
- Prepare and share the agenda.
- Assign roles (e.g., facilitator, note-taker).
- Assign pre-meeting tasks in the Tasks Database:
- Add tasks like preparing reports or presentations.
- Assign team members and set deadlines.
- Use the RSVP section to send the meeting invitation.

Since an RSVP is a “special” database itself, you have to duplicate the database for each new meeting.
